IVS Writ of Clarification-Rite of Passage
1: All new members have to be placed as Minor Initiates. No exception.
2: All new members go through Initiate for a week depending on activity. If he/she isn't active for less than four days, they'll be put in Initiate until their activity improves.
3: To join, each player must be at least a Lt. Colonel, must me disciplined, and especially committed to the IVS.
4: If a fleet wishes to merge in the IVS, the leader of the fleet has to be evaluated with the size of their fleet, the members discipline, and also the leaders capability to lead a BTB game.
5: When a fleet merges within the empire, the leader of the fleet must speak the Imperial Oath in order to solidify the fleet's loyalty to the Emperor. The Oath can be seen bellow:
"Upon my honor and my soldier's honor, I do pledge devotion to the Emperor, Nakai Jor Vodarous, even to my dying breathe. If I should abandon my duty to my lord and kin, may the High Council judge me and my men take me. Long live the Emperor! Long Live the Vanguards!"
6: If a fleet merges, the leader of the fleet should be placed as no higher than a Zealot and no lower than a Ultra.
7: If the merged fleet causes too much problems for the empire, such as unnecessarily creating enemy clans, the Council of Elders and His Divine Highness must tried the leader of the fleet to improve the situation.
